How we run a job
From RFP to lit-up.

Site Survey
On-site or remote-from-photos. We capture facade, electrical, access, and overhead constraints, then return engineered notes within 48 hrs.

Scope & Estimate
Itemized SOW with crew hours, equipment, access multiplier, and permit allowance. No mystery line items.
- 03
Permit & Build
Engineered drawings submitted to the AHJ. Fabrication runs in parallel where the permit timeline allows.
- 04
Install & Closeout
Photo-documented install, lighting commissioning, punch list signed on the iPad, and final invoice delivered same day.
